It is the time of internet marketing; the strategy is to present latest trend and tactics available to customers today.

Consumers as for now “our days” they want qualities so if the quality of service and value for money, providing with substantial evidence customer will go for it.

Example:

I am a holidaymaker looking for a place to go at a low budget. I saw/read in the internet recently that www.FastBooking.com is the leader in providing holiday package with value for my money.
Then with no energy or time wasted I will go for FastBooking.

3. How hotelier can best utilize social sharing trends to communicate with customers? Link 2 to examples.

By making use of the best, well known, easy to use site, as much as possible, search engines in the internet and it must correspond to their hotels.

4. My opinion is that yes hotels can effectively establish an online conversation with customers but it will not be a live/direct media cause of time factors for international hotel, External/ Internal factors, seasons, price issues etc…
